The regally designed Churchill loft is an eye-catching feature at Utrecht’s Sigarenfabriek. Remarkably, this loft exudes a completely different atmosphere from other standard industrial lofts. Interior designer Petra Postmus sought her inspiration in the 18th century, but as usual, has added a modern touch to the project.
This loft in Pinneberg, close to Hamburg, was once a simple building with limited charm, until it was converted a few years ago in the style of an old factory hall. It immediately took on a real design look. Matt black shutters have been hung in the loft, with a tilt rod, to give the whole window decoration an authentic look.
